South Louisiana is world famous for its fine musical traditions, including Jazz, Country, Zydeco, Cajun, Mo-Town, Delta Blues, and Classic Southern Rock-n-Roll. At Mariner's over the years all this plus everything from cutting edge head banging Punk to Big Band Jazz has been played to the appreciation of our audiences. In this tradition every Friday evening, weather permitting, we offer a free concert by local music legend Eddie Veatch and his friends. Over a career spanning four decades Eddie has played his sax and flute around the world with many famous musicians. You never know who will be sitting in with him while you enjoy great food and world class Jazz.
